NEFWC WIOA Youth Mentoring:

"Connecting the leaders of today with the leaders of tomorrow"

The NEFWC WIOA Youth Program serves out-of-school young adults, ages 16-24 who recognize the value of education and are studying for their HiSETCredential.

We believe that every at risk youth deserve the support and guidance of an adult role model to help them grow personally, academically, and socially.

Mentors should...

Listen. Guide. Share Knowledge. Teach through Experience. Help Solve Problems. Be Trusted, Dependable Friends.

Do not...

Judge. Lecture. Parent. Dicipline.

If you are a youth from the NEFWC WIA Youth Program and you would like to be mentor or are an adult who would like a mentee, please contact Ana West Reyes.
