Preparing for your Interview:

Preparing for your interview is just as important as getting ready for your first day of school. You must be dressed appropriately and mentally ready for what the employer will ask you. Take these few tips and you will be well prepared for your interview.

Step 1: Do your research. Research the company and what is expected from an employee for the position you are applying for.

Step 2: Practice. Practice. Practice. It is better to be prepared than to be sorry you didn't. Review some of the common typical questions employers ask. (Tip: study the job description as well. Some employers make up their questions from there). Remember, you are selling yourself to the employer. Get used to talking about your strenghths and experience confidently.
